Our Story
FSQ started as a simple experiment: reduce the number of bedtime decisions until sleep becomes the default outcome. We noticed that most people don’t need more information—they need a tiny set of reliable actions that lower arousal, protect circadian timing, and stop mental “open tabs” from looping.
